Schedules are coordinated for the semester. Modifications to schedule can be made with written request after enrollment. *LATE PICK UP FEE: Parents who arrive late will be asked to sign a late policy form. A late fee will be charged for the time from 6:00pm until the time the parent arrives. The fee is calculated in 5 minute increments. You will be charged $5 for every five minutes you are late past 6:05pm. This charge can be paid at the time of occurrence or added to the next month’s tuition payment. Late pick-ups are stressful for children and it is our intent to avoid this situation entirely. We would also like to be mindful of our staff and their scheduled hours. Thank you!

Enrollment Forms
Once you have determined you would like your child to attend HSA, please notify us and an administrator will send you the enrollment link to begin the application process.
FORMS REQUIRED:
1) Virginia School Health form (signed by physician)
2) In-person verification of your child's original Birth Certificate
3) MAT Parental Consent Form. If your child has prescription medication, a form should be filled out for each medication that needs to be administered by HSA Staff (this includes sunscreen and diaper ointment).
